Citizen Care Foundation is regulated by the government under T.R. Act 1882. It operates through the Registration Department of the Government and follows all prescribed rules and laws. The foundation is dedicated to serving the nation while being fully controlled by the Government.

The main objective is to connect people with the main stream of the country by creating a health village and a healthy society through all-round development. We focus on providing special support in economic security, social security, and social welfare by providing employment to members on a large scale.

The "Jeevan Suraksha Health" project is an initiative to build health villages by organizing health awareness camps. Through this project, we provide free medical facilities to the poor through camps. Our foundation has committed to organizing 5-10 health camps every month with experienced Ayurvedic doctors in each block.

Health is the basic foundation of life, but due to lack of resources, poor people are often unable to get their health checked by specialist doctors. Recognizing this need, Citizen Care Foundation conducts surveys and organizes health camps to serve the public by providing free medical facilities to those in need.
